The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed back to the payment method used. For example a confirmation email will suffice.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns are sent to the nearest address to your location, which will be on the packaging the product arrived in and will be confirmed via email.
