Returns and Refunds
Returns of physical items are to be returned within 30 days in original condition. Please email me at helloelloart@gmail.com first before sending a return.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. All returns are sent to the nearest address to your location, which will be on the packaging the product arrived in and will be confirmed via email.
Refunds will be processed back to the payment method used.
There are no refunds on digital products purchased.
